Is my snowboard covered by a warranty?
Yes it is.
Your Aaven snowboard is warranted to be free of defects in material and/or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. The Limited Warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is not transferable to any other party.
WHAT TO DO?
I. Evaluate the validity of the claim. Remember to return the defected product accompanied by the original purchase receipt from an Authorized Aaven dealer.
II. Is the product having a material and/or workmanship defect? Have a look at the board guidelines:
Structural cracks on fiberglass top sheet, base, core, edge, sidewall and inserts.
Lamination failure of top sheet, base, sidewall, edge.Core expansion.
Any problem resulting from misuse, abuse, impact or neglect. (including cracks, splits or delaminating due to rocks, rails, logs or any other non-snow objects or damage caused by any board modifications)
Cosmetic issues including discolored graphics, tip sheet dents or chips, edge oxidation.
Board damage resulting from improper mounting of bindings or the use of incorrect mounting hardware. (including base dimples in binding insert area)
Normal wear and tear.
If a product is found defective by us, we will either repair or replace the product without charge to you. Aaven is not responsible for shipping costs or damage during shipment from the purchaser to Aaven.
III. Bring the product to the shop where it was purchased or you may also send your product directly to us. If returning the product to us directly, please call us first. (Remember to remove bindings from board before returning)
IV. Include a brief description of the problem; mark the defect with a piece of tape.

Customers are responsible for shipping charges to Aaven.
V. After inspecting the board: If the returned product is within the valid warranty period of one year and judged by us to be defective, we will repair or replace the product immediately. If the problem is not covered under warranty but can be repaired, we will inform you to get your authorization to proceed with the repair. If the product is neither covered under warranty nor repairable, we will return the product as is.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return,
-Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
-Your item must be in the original packaging.
-Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
